Steam exposes 39 entries. Current visible descriptions take precedence over older trophy tables, especially where an enemy or quest condition changed.

Confirmed. Steam's public achievement page supplies these conditions; the official API confirms the entry set. Internal identifiers are not display names. Changing completion percentages are omitted.

| Abyssal Eviction | Push an enemy into an abyss using Shield Bash. |

Reported. Fextralife's October 8 table supplies boss/quest associations but predates retail. The boss index attributes those associations individually.
Corrections and platform limits
Confirmed. Statue of Insanity now names Remnant of the Iron Regiment, not Gaspard. We Wear the Same Colors asks for all Eternal Guardists, not the older Oathbound condition.
Reported. Fextralife lists PS tiers as one platinum, three gold, fourteen silver and twenty-one bronze. Steam does not use trophy metals. That distribution is not an independently captured PS5 list here.
Completion planning
Inference. Group collection, upgrades, combat challenges and hidden milestones separately. Check that each required weapon is unlocked before its challenge. A failed multi-kill is not evidence of a bug: reread the precise condition. No verified platinum time, minimum run count or exhaustive missables route is available here.
